Proclamation of Honours and Titles
His Royal Highness, King Declan I, Sovereign of The Kingdom of Tycho, by the powers invested in him by the people of The Kingdom of Tycho, proclaims on this the 1st Day of the Month of March in the Year 2001 the creation of a system of Honours and Titles to be bestowed, from time to time, by the Sovereign upon any persons who may please him.
There are seven ranks of honours:

| Sixth | Marquis, Marchioness | |
| Seventh | Duke, Duchess, Duko, Dukino |
The honours are treated in law as property and may be bought, sold, lent, mortgaged, inherited, etc. as any other property.
Owners of honours are exempt, in perpetuity, from all taxes, duties and levies related to the purchase, sale and ownership of property within the territory of The Kingdom of Tycho.
