Proclamation on Applications for Citizenship
His Royal Highness, King Declan I, Sovereign of The Kingdom of Tycho, by the powers invested in him by the people of The Kingdom of Tycho, proclaims on this the 25th Day of the Month of October in the Year 2004 that the first 10,000(Ten thousand) people who apply for citizenship of the Kingdom of Tycho shall be granted citizenship unconditionally.
The Sovereign may ask for reasonable proof that applicants are real people, but will not impost any other conditions upon the granting of citizenship.
The Sovereign wishes to remind everyone that under the Constitution of The Kingdom of Tycho he has no powers to revoke the citizenship of any citizen of the Kingdom of Tycho, but that individual citizens can renounce their citizenship at any time, for any reason, by informing the Sovereign in writing of their wish to do so.
