Proclamation on Claims of Land
His Royal Highness, King Declan I, Sovereign of The Kingdom of Tycho, by the powers invested in him by the people of The Kingdom of Tycho, proclaims on this the 1st Day of the Month of March in the Year 2002 that all persons who have claimed ownership of lands within the territory of The Kingdom of Tycho, prior to the foundation of The Kingdom of Tycho, may claim recognition of their ownership of those lands from the Sovereign.
The Sovereign will recognise all claims of land ownership provided that; Firstly, the Sovereign has not previously issued a title deed to the land being claimed, and Secondly, that the claimant presents reasonable proof that they have made a public claim to own the land, or that they have legally purchased the land from a person who has made a public claim to own the land, prior to the founding of The kingdom of Tycho on the 24th February 2001.
The Sovereign wishes to remind everyone that he is the sole and binding arbitrator all conflicting claims of ownership of property within the territory of The Kingdom of Tycho.
